File Size : 406kb
Date Released : 6-17-03

Description : A single room with two levels. The room starts bare except for four platforms, two on each level, and some buttons. Upon pressing the buttons different dueling areas come into the map. Each area stays for 45 seconds.

New Textures : NO
New Objects : NO
Bot Support : NO

Known Bugs : The levelshot is not a shot of the current version... it is a previous version without seperated button textures. Not really a bug, but thought I should mention it. Also the glass platforms on the lower level come in and leave vertically, so if you're standing under them you'll get hurt (minimal damage). Once again, not really a bug, but I thought it needed mentioning too.

*Construction* : Many hours spent planning, and then executing the platform locations. Many more hours spent testing, testing, and retesting to make sure that every piece fits exactly in it's place. To be honest, I really have no idea how long it took me... but let's just say a lot.

Comments : This isn't the first map I've built, but the first I've released. I thought of the idea one day while attempting to make a good duel/ffa map. I got frustrated by having to create different rooms connected by hallways to duel in different areas, and thought "Why not just have a single room that you can bring in whatever dueling areas you want?" I think that it works superbly, and I hope that you enjoy playing it as much as I do. Please e-mail me any questions, comments, mistakes, bugs etc.

Installation : Extract the pk3 file from the zip into your GameData/Base folder. Voila!

*Disclaimer*

If you would like to use this map on your server or have it on your site for download, that is okay with me... Just send me an email letting me know, and including the ip of the server or url of the site. Thanks.
